Central Church of Christ is a non-denominational, Bible believing church focused on ministry to the entire family. We are located in Griswold, Iowa, serving the area of the Griswold Community School District.


SUNDAY SCHOOL

Join us for Sunday School.  We have classes for all ages along with three adult classes from which to choose.  Currently, the Firm Foundations class is studying 1 Corinthians and meets in the Fellowship Hall, the Missionary Class is studying Acts in the Chapel, and the Prime Timers class is studying "current events" and how they relate to the Bible the first Sunday of each month.  The other Sundays they are studying the book, "Growing Through Life's Challenges" using references and verses in the Biible.  They meet in the 2nd classroom down the hall on the Right.

 PROJECTS NEEDED

The IGNITE students are looking for projects to help pay for their "Service and Sonshine" trip.  If you have any yard work, clean up, painting, etc that needs done in exchange for a donation for the trip please let the office know.

VBS NEEDS

There are small ‘juice’ bottles on display in the foyer by the VBS laptop that are needed for VBS.

CIBC

Summer is coming (eventually)!  Check out the camp dates on their website, http://www.centraliowabiblecamp.org/programs.  The 3rd/4th grade camp has been pushed back 1 day due to school scheduling conflicts.  Partial camp scholarships are available.  Let the office know if you need assistance.

IGNITE YOUTH OUTING

IGNITE Youth Group Cookout - High Schoolers, join us at the home of Thad and Denise Bridges for a "Welcome to Summer" cookout.  The cookout will be Thursday, May 30th from 6:30 - 9:30 pm.  If you need a ride, the van will leave the church parking lot at 6:15 pm.  Guys bring drinks, gals bring chips or other side dish.  The main meat will be provided.  If you have any questions, please see Tony.
